I made my pose and then exported it and tested it in game. I then saved my pose in Blender.

Or at least I thought I did. It didn't save.

So my question is, can I somehow convert the pose file back to a Blender file to make the fix I need to? I don't really want to start from scratch as it's a minor fix.

You should be able to open with back up with s3pe, and then export the clip file from there, and import it back into blender. I can't get screenshots at the moment, but let me know if you need them!

Open S3pe, go to File > new, then go over to Resource and click import from file, find the pose/pose pack.
